Callaghan College uses the Canvas learning management system for all students to be able to access their learning, resources, assessments and calendars.
Parents/carers are welcome to observe their own student(s) by using the Canvas app and website. Please note you no longer need to go through Sentral.
To connect via the Canvas App and observe your student, please follow these steps:
- Download Canvas Parent on your smartphone (look for the blue logo) or go to the website on your computer
- Search for Callaghan College (Parents)
- Create an account (You may already have an account - click forgot password if you do)
- Students will firstly need to create a pairing code via their settings on their own Canvas login. This code can be found by clicking their picture in the global navigation bar, choose settings and on the right hand side of the page click 'pair with observer'.
- Add pairing code to the app or website.
